This is oxygen source type of ozone generating system, an additional oxygen producing unit supplies clean dry oxygen into the system.

It consists of air purifying unit, oxygen producing unit, and ozone producing unit. In order to obtain clean dry air source stably, it equips an air buffer tank and air filter to supply clean dry air into oxygen producing unit. There is ZMS (Zeolite Molecular sieve) inside this unit, its working principle is PSA (pressure swing adsorbtion) to produce clean oxygen. It could effectively remove nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water from air, but oxygen can not be adsorbed by ZMS, it becomes oxygen source for the ozone generator.

The ozone generating units inside the machine have characteristics that high frequency discharging, long service life, high efficient and lower power consumption, it is cooled by circulating water during working.

In general, ozone produced by this machine has characteristic that higher ozone concentration, non nitric oxide, and compact structure. It has been

widely applied to industries of food, medicine, enviromental protection, water treatment,and textile for sterilization, strong oxidation, deodorization, decoloration and so on.
