The GDY series beer filling machine is suitable for filling draft beer in round cans and cans of irregular forms.The unit is composed of the bottle soaking machine, external bottle brushing machine,internal bottle brushing machine, bottle rinsing machine,filling and capping machine, conveyor,etc.The features of the machine:lt adopts the forvacuum filled with CO for filling to reduce the content of dissolved oxygen.The beer filling valve designed according to the equal pressure filling principle is featured by stable filling, no foaming, low beer loss. During the cap feeding process, the bottle cap is subjected to secondary sterilization to reduce the bacteria. The two-in-one filling and capping machine adopts stepless speed adjustment, the filling volume can be freely adjusted and the driving is stable with easy maintenance.
